Coherent Software are offering a special pre-publication discount on

To get 5% off the standard price, and free postage, you must place 
your order before 5pm 14 December 2001. Your order must be accompanied
by either a cheque, or valid credit card details. Orders may be submitted

South Australian Marriages Registrations 1842-1916
==================================================
This new Digger(TM) title is an index to over 140,000 names from
marriages registered in the Australian state of South Australia
between 1842 and 1916. The CD-ROM contains much more information
than most other marriage indexes. In addition to the usual bride and
groom's names, and year and place of marriage, are details such as
father's name for both bride and groom, and full date, not just year.

This new CD-ROM is expected to be released about the 20th December 2001.

Works with Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME, XP, 3.x, 
Macintosh (not OS X) and DOS.

Marine Births, Deaths and Marriages. Victoria 1853 to 1920
  Complete with original images
==========================================================
This CD-ROM is not your ordinary BDM index. While at first glance
it appears to be standard, with an index to over 6000 births,
deaths and marriages on board ships bound for Victoria (the 
"Marine Registers") searchable using the Digger(TM) software,
the CD-ROM actually contains much more.

Each entry in the index is linked to a scanned image of the
original entry in the Marine Register. The new "Digger(TM) 
with images" software included on the CD will display the 
appropriate image when you click on the desired index entry.

As if that wasn't good enough, some images contain multiple 
pages. Where the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages had
further documentation about an event, that was also scanned
an included on the CD-ROM as extra pages "behind" the original 
registration entry.

This new CD-ROM is expected to be released on 14 December 2001.

Works with Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME, XP.
NOT compatible with Windows 3.x, DOS or Macintosh.
